My family did a surf lesson last week.

We met JR and Ana at the beach, did some quick stretches, and then went through a quick lesson on the beach about how to be on the board and how to get up. Then it was off to the water. We dove right in as JR found us the best spot to ride the waves. He got us in position to ride the waves. It didn't take long for us to be up and riding.

It could have become frustrating as the waves began to be few and far between at low tide. JR was patient and got us back into position to ride again. I felt like he really extended the time of our lesson as well. That was really appreciated.

I'd recommend buying a rash guard before you go if you don't already have some. I wore one and was glad. I think my belly would have been pretty roughed up from being on the board without one.

JR and Ana were awesome to work with. They are very personable and patient. They really helped us find the waves and learn to ride them. Endless Summer is a great way to get much more personal attention and excellent instruction. We had a great time and would go back out with JR again!
